Can I cancel an order?

Orders cancelled before shipment from our warehouse are subject to a small re-stocking fee of $10.00.

What if my wine arrives damaged? Can I return it?

We guarantee our products. If they arrive damaged, such as box damage or leakage, we will either replace your order or provide you with a refund. There are laws that prevent the return of opened or damaged alcoholic products. We are unable to provide refunds for wines damaged by adverse weather (extreme heat and cold) during shipping. Please consider weather conditions between California and your address before ordering. We may ask you to send us pictures by email of the damaged box or the wine in a glass.
